Chief Executive Officer: Anand Kancherlapalli
Anand is a co-founder of AIdentity Matrix Medical. Anand has worked in the diagnostic imaging fields since 1980. He co-founded American Diagnostic Medicine and Admitt, Inc. and in those capacities has accumulated an extensive management background in entities which serve the core disciplines targeted by the AIdentity Matrix Medical Solutions. Additionally, Anand has been intensely committed to an agenda which seeks to improve the quality of medical care through the utilization of available and developing technologies. In addition to his executive oversight duties, Anand will maintain specific responsibility for the marketing efforts including both branding initiatives and the development of those strategic alliances that are necessary for a timely and pronounced impact on the imaging markets.
• Founded American Diagnostic Medicine, a leading provider of turnkey imaging solutions in CT, MRI PET and Nuclear Imaging modalities. ADM has installations in 22 states located throughout the United States.
• Founded Thumb MRI Center, LLC and the related ADMITT, Inc. which operate an MRI facility in the Thumb area of the State of Michigan. The facility is the result of a collaboration with six area rural hospitals to bring state of the art diagnostic imaging to the region.
• Played an important role in the State of Michigan to change the „Certificate of Need Guidelines” for application to rural communities to allow access to diagnostic care.
• Led the move to advancing technologies by opening the first “Open” MRI in the State of Michigan in the year 2000.
Chief Financial Officer: Sam Kancherlapalli
Sam is also a co-founder of AIdentity Matrix Medical, American Diagnostic Medicine and Admitt, Inc. Sam is credited with the development of the Fee for Scan methodology currently used and widely accepted in the diagnostic medical imaging industry. He has accumulated vast experience in all aspects of the diagnostic imaging field and has provided strong leadership in his management of American Diagnostic Medicine. His extensive industry background will provide a substantial added value in the identification of alliances and strategic partners as well as the acquisition of sales and marketing talent. Sam will have direct responsibility for management and financial administration and for the internal systems necessary to the effective administration of the Company.

Chief Technology Officer: Surya Ramachandran
Surya Ramachandran is a co-founder of AIdentity Matrix Medical. Surya has been actively involved in the field of Artificial Intelligence for over 15 years. Over the many years of the AIdentity Solution development efforts, Surya has gained an extensive knowledge of the diagnostic imaging process and those applications which have the greatest prospect of significant improvement in that diagnostic process. Surya has extensive experience in development and project management and will be charged with the responsibility keeping development efforts on schedule. He will also be responsible for the oversight and procurement of engineering and support services as well as the conceptual innovations required in the continued identification of new developments and opportunities resulting from the AIdentity Solutions. Surya received his Bachelor degree in computer science from P.S.G. College, Coimbatore, India and subsequently earned a Masters degree specializing in artificial intelligence from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Surya has utilized his background in the design and development of systems for therapeutic diet planning, training and critique systems for crisis management on naval destroyers, configuration planning, air campaign planning critiquers, critiquing systems for Courses of Action, Joint Defense Planning critiquers, and agent matchers for multi-agent environments. His expertise stems from working closely with research and education committees in Artificial Intelligence. His projects have included involvement with:

Surya has published numerous research papers for delivery to international conferences on Artificial Intelligence and delivered a plenary session talk for a conference on international knowledge acquisition. Surya work for the past several years has been focused on the development of the technology and securing the patents for the technology used in the applications of AIdentity Matrix Medical, Inc. and AIdentity Matrix Entertainment, Inc. Surya and Anand hold the following patents:
