VIM Technologist
The technologist agent provides a comprehensive tool for the MRI technologist from asking the right questions to setting up the correct protocols for the MRI scan. This agent gets its information from the shared database in which the receptionist agent has already recorded preliminary data.
Along with this data and the rule-out from the referring physician, the agent will custom design a data entry form that the technologist must ask the patient. If the patient has been there before, the agent will auto-fill the fields and skip the irrelevant questions. The agent will also ensure that the technologist fills in mandatory fields while minimizing the amount of actual typing during data entry.
