VIM Management
The management agent consists of two unique sub-systems. One for automatic billing of the scans performed and the second one dealing with reporting. The billing agent has access to all the patient information right from the referring physicians rule out to the reading radiologist’s report. The agent makes use of all the information generated during the work-flow to automatically generate a billing invoice.

The various components are accessed from different parts of the patient record; personal information, insurance, procedure, isotopes and medical procedures, etc.
This invoice can either be automatically printed, faxed or emailed depending on the kind of submission preferred by the insurance company. This automated procedure reduces mistakes in billing that can be extremely costly. This also ensures timely billing and an accurate record of all procedures successfully completed.
The reporting agent is an internal reporting mechanism for the management of the institution for generating performance reports. In MRI centers, one of the problems faced by the management is getting an accurate picture of performance metrics and the ability to easily customize them.

This agent provides multiple views (textual, numeric or graphical) of different metrics. This will range from individual personnel performances to isotope and other medical consumption patterns. This can be used to preempt the purchase by simulating demand and thereby deducing overall costs that the facility incurs. It can be used for reporting due to compliance factors that are imposed by regulatory bodies and accreditation organizations on such facilities.
